|Recommended: YesReview — The past year has been a mostly positive renting experience. The only complaints I have is the uneven air flow in the unit which cannot really be remedied and parking for guests there is not a lot of room for guests to park close to the unit . My maintenance requests have answered more or less timely and staff have been courteous and friendly.

|Recommended: YesQuaint Townhouse living, great for the family — Cozy 2 and three bedroom Townhouses with a nice little community with play equipment for the kids. Helpful landlords that respect you as a person. Maintenance team that is polite and always willing to help.
|Recommended: YesWould highly recommend. — We've always had great service and everyone has always been great, professional, and helpful from maintenance to office. The functional living space to price ratio is good. All around ideal for us. Even the new play area for the kids is great.

|Recommended: NoDecent place. Maintenance is terrible — Not glamorous at all but they leave ya alone. Playground is a death trap for kids but seems nobody cares
|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Affordable place with enough privacy. Tenants keep to themselves. Parking under the trees is not suggested unless you like your vehicle covered in berries.
|Recommended: YesFine — Its okay as long as you are willing to resign your lease six months before it is due, or suffer their intrusion into your home with little to no warning. They have the bully tactics of a slum lord and the price gouging to match.
|Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — I enjoy living here. Apartment is nice, neighbors are friendly. Staff is helpful. I can hear my lower level neighbors sometimes but it's not loud mumbles , I can hear their dogs barking but I'm sure they can hear me and my dog too. Other than that I really like it
|Recommended: YesA Place to Call Home — For years, I've driven past and have wanted to live closer to work. I'm so glad we made the change and now live here. The staff has been wonderful for any interactions or problems we may have had and took care of any issues quickly. It's a very nice place to call home.
|Recommended: YesVery Happy and Impressed — Very quiet, never hear our neighbor who has young children and a baby. Maintenance is done within a few days, if not day of. Staff is helpful and friendly and are eager to help you with anything you may need. Great location in Stoughton, being on the edge of town so it is very quiet but also close to main street for short walks to many different shops as well as a nice surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommended to all.
